A good location. Good view across the inlet. Quiet. Still, average for CI motels. Easy parking. It is a former Holiday Inn Express. Can't easily walk to downtown. Staff is pleasant. It's worth the money at least with typical discounts but call first and ask for their best rate.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke, asked for a new room, we were given one with no problem. Bed was VERY hard! Pillows are half the size of a normal pillow. Wallpaper was peeling off of the wall in the bathroom. Not worth the price you pay.
