Transportation from airport to hotel and return is great. The will also stop at the lightrail station which is good to get yourself to downtown Seattle. The rooms in the front of the hotel have a lot of noise from the main road.

The stay this time was just as wonderful as our first visit 2 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were always available and made getting to from the airport and the light rail stations very easy. The dining staff were great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I won't stay at this Best Western again. It's an older property, and as such, it struggles. The first unforgivable item is that the shower can't keep a consistent temperature. All my kids talked about was (Mr.) Daryl, he is likely the start and end of your experience as he drives the shuttle but he is more of a guide/host than a driver. Great stay. Airport shuttle was nice, they took us to the Link Rail stop also. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best I've ever had. I would gladly stay here again if I visit Seattle again.
