I've stayed here 4 times in 4 different rooms during the winter because of it's proximity to Stevens Pass. There are several problems.
Dirty, worn floors and carpet. Towels are thin and dirty - expect holes and threads. We asked for replacements more than once.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice area for guests between the hotel and the river. Road noise was not really an issue. The train comes through a few times during the night. This place has excellent view from the rooms and from the balcony. River is just beside providing nice settings. Rooms has nice decoration, clean and comfortable. Worth of a recommendation.
