Okay...it's an older property but the attentive staff and spotless rooms make up for the dated vibe. You can't beat this place for a comfy bed @ a great price that's hospital/freeway adjacent. I can't say enough about the front desk staff! More

This hotel is by far the worst I have encountered for traffic noise. Up all no and that is with ear plugs in. There is a strong odor of feces in the room, can't tell if it is human or animal. I stayed here in Spetember for a week while visiting from New York. Very friendly front desk workers and housekeepers. Room was alright, on the small side (smoking king) but very quiet and clean. I would definitly stay here again, and would recommend others to do the same. More

We've stayed here four times in the past two years and each time had a very nice, clean, quiet room and a continental breakfast at a VERY reasonable price. This hotel cost half the price of the nearby Holiday Inn Express and provides great service, a similar continental breakfast and a great location for getting around Spokane. The rooms are nice as well. No reason to spend more at another location (at least, if it's just you). More
