Seems like wherever we go, we end up being next to a RR track and get woke up by the trains. This place is so quiet and peaceful, it's a great place to get a nice rest. The grounds are also beautiful and well layed out so you don't feel cramed in with everyone else. Stayed here last summer and... More

Visited this campground late in Feb. 2013. Even though it was a nice weekend not a lot of campers present. We had spot 22 a nice location and it was quiet and peaceful. The showers were great, cost $.50 for a 3 minute shower, so bring your quarters. A little bit off the beaten path but its what we were... More

This campground really knows how to nickel and dime you. Not only is the site rate over priced, they charge per person on top of the original rate, they charge for a towed car and the charge that is still making me see red is they have the nerve to charge to use the showers. Last I checked showers were... More

The grounds are beautiful and the tent sites are secluded and seem far away in the forest. The staff keeps the landscape well tended and the hostess is so nice. Leroy has owned this property, or I should say the property has been in the family since a great-great Grandfather homesteaded the place. He has the original paperwork can be... More

This is the second time we have visited and it just gets better. We booked our stay a few months before and forgot the times we had reserved. A lot has happened since then and our plans had to change. We called Leroy's camp hostess Barbara and she moved our dates forward without charge. We booked 19 this time next... More

We reserved two spaces next to each other for an RV trip we were on with some friends. The spaces were very spacious, quiet, level and very clean. All of the spaces are topped with a loose gray stone gravel which is nice for keeping thing clean in the RV. No tracking in of mud, grass, etc. Water, electric and... More

This is more an RV park with some tent accommodations. I and friends stayed in the tenting area. There are no water spigots for each site just a potable water/dishwashing sink station down the path. There is no bike riding allowed unless you came in by bicycle. Restrooms were clean. Showers are twenty five cents per 2.5 minutes. Did not... More

This campground is one of the must beautiful places that I've ever stayed. We just needed a weekend away and didn't want to go too far thus wasting too much time on the traveling and this was just the ticket. The reviews online gave me some pause but I decided to give it a try and we weren't disappointed. We... More

We stayed at this campground in our 25-foot trailer with our infant daughter in site 19. The campground is neat and tidy, and the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't believe how absolutely QUIET it was, and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening listening to the birds and watching a deer wander through the trees. Another plus... More

We booked into Timberlake after spending a night of no sleep at Cascade Locks due to the trains. The campsite was well maintained, the toilet & shower block were spotless and the location is far enough away not to be bothered by trains but close enough to the bridge over the Columbia to make the local attractions accesible. Overall I... More
