“Find a different hotel”

Towels were small, cheap, old and rough and the bed was awful. The whole hotel was cold and unwelcoming. “A good place to stay for UPS parents”

Although this hotel is in the heart of downtown Tacoma, it is not far from the campus of University of Puget Sound. More quiet, modern, and clean than the other hotels in the area. Comfy beds, sleek lobby bar, and artwork everywhere. Easy to find and located blocks away from the glass museum.

Beautiful hotel with lovely common areas appointed with glass works. Beautiful and very clean room. Super food in the restaurant with excellent service--the clam pasta was super as was the service from both wait person and bus person (prompt, engaging, pleasant).
