While this is the lastest in hotel/motel stay, overall this location was not the setting of a new era for a new brand of hotel establishment. This hotel needs a complete facelift. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Bed cover was soiled, elevator carpet was filthy, front desk person not presentable. Complimentary breakfast deficient. Never stay there again unless major changes. Rate was only thing OK.

Traveling to Florida with myself, husband and 2 children. It was Easter weekend and we booked the last room available here. We shared 1 queen size bed. We were happy to take whatever we could get at this point. The room was kind of small and there was a stain on the sheet. Also found a hair on the pillow.... More

Too many stains everywhere -- makes you know that things aren't very clean. There was one good thing -- the bathroom had an exhaust fan. Bathroom also seemed clean enough.
