“Is it worth another visit??”

Just spent 3 days here on recent trip to WV, website boasted renovation completed in 2011 which wasn't evident to me based on my observations during stay. I found staff friendly, bedroom was spacious and bed comfortable but room and bathroom were in need of refurbishment as I doubt my room had not been touched under renovation in 2011. Stairway... Terrible location, backs up to a freeway, stairway to the 2nd floor was muddy, could hear conversations and tv in adjoining rooms. Asked for a wake up call but never got it. Towels were worn out. Good heater in the room and plenty of hot water.

Snow and ice came on fast and caused major back ups with accidents on I-79. I had no choice but to stay there last night and I regret every minute of it! The other two hotels at this exit were full so it was this or sleep in the car. Dirty, nasty, smelly......you name the grossness and they had it!... More

The room was almost twice the size of other hotels. Front desk staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Bedding and towels were clean and fluffy. Internet was a little temperamental but good selection of tv channels. In room coffee and microwave/fridge which is always a plus. Needs a little refreshing but good condition for a hotel... More
