The people are awesome. The silent bath fan is great. The cookies my kids loved. Trisha at desk and Kathy at desk are so helpful. Awesome service. May 2013. The pool was clean. The breakfast was basic but good. Fresh fruit too.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a king suite at it was wonderful. Went into East Troy for meals which added to experience. Will be back!
