To keep this short...room was dirty - carpet had not been vacuumed, found a hair on one of my pillows, a bug in my shower and old crusty oatmeal in my fridge. I had a problem with the amenities in my room I spoke to women named Rachel or something along those lines , she was very concerned with my needs , she took care of me right away , I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone , just because of that one encounter with management keep it up !!!!

“Overpriced and Overbooked”

We spent the nights of March 23 &24 at the Plaza. The pool area was taken over by a huge mob who basically told us all the tables were theirs, because they had 50 people in their group.
