Tim greeted us right away and was a friendly, helpful host. The Inn was comfortable and very inviting. Great location and wonderful, homemade granola for breakfast. The problem was that it was "run by the book". Perhaps they have had problems in the past and needed things tightened down but the evening staff in particular seemed a bit too rigid....

Awful breakfast. A good B&B should pride itself on a full breakfast. This is worse than you'd expect from some roadside Motel 6. Just plain cheap and bad. Nothing special at all about this place. Do not come here.

We stayed at the Ephraim Inn in July, 2006. Our first experience in a B&B, we could not have been more impressed. The innkeepers have created a refined, quiet, comfortable atmosphere -- in the rooms and in the common areas -- designed to make you feel at home -- in their home. We are going back next summer.
