We've stayed about 10 times over the years and it just keeps getting worse. Like many others have mentioned, the customer service is terrible. This campground just gets way overcrowded during the summer and they don't have enough staff to properly run the place. We really enjoyed my stay there, clean restrooms ,showers, great anemities ,great staff. Great camp sites for all to enjoy. I would recommend Jellystone to all.beautiful scenery.Our grand kids had a great time in the pool which was very clean and warm. We rented the 1 bedroom cabin with a loft and LOVED IT. Not only was our clean, all the facilities around there are to. I did some wash and the laundry room is spotless!
