It also states on the Groupon that a 4-day cancellation notice is required prior to check-in or reservation is non-refundable. “Great location clean spacious room”

I would stay here again, clean, spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchenette. Spacious bathroom. Attached to decent restaurant/bar. Excellent location across from lake, one block to shopping, food and bars.

“A Great Weekend”

Our entire family enjoyed The Cove when looking for a location to celebrate the Easter holiday and our Mother's 80th birthday. We had three of the "condo rooms" and found all three to be very clean and spacious We found the manager, Daneen, to be entremely helpful and accomodating when setting up our visit. We will definitely come back again.
