My thermostat wouldn't work leaving me cold most of the time, my toilet flush handle was broken which caused the toilet not to flush appropriately, the smell in the fourth floor hallway was nauseating and my room smelled as though a smoker had stayed there prior to me.

The hotel itself is excellent as you would expect from the Hilton brand. I have stayed at this hotel several times. What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. We were, again, surprised to learn that the adjustable beds, a reason we choose Hilton Garden Inn, were not available in rooms with two queen beds. Am learning that I need to ask specifically about this at every HGI location before making a reservation.

This is a great place to stay in the Madison area. The hotel has great amenities and Middleton town is only 1.1 miles away (nice walk) for fun places like the National Mustard Museum. Immediately in the area is shopping and 5 or so restaurants and a Starbucks. The hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Nice hotel that borders a shopping area with restaurants. The pool is great both for adults and kids, who have their own play area with a slide etc. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful, while the manager went out of his way as well. Good breakfast buffet.

We have stayed at this location a number of times. The hotel is maintained to a high standard and the staff is very professional, The amenities are very nice including the restaurant. There is nearby shopping and an assortment of off site dining available if you choose.
