We stayed at the Rodeway in on 27th St in Milwaukee the 29th-31st of December, 2012. It was my birthday and we went to see some friends in Milwaukee. We got a King room with Jacuzzi in the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice pool area and continental breakfast. Close to many restaurants, movies and shopping

The check in area, elevator, hallways, and breakfast area are in pretty rough shape. I was a little concerned with that - but then VERY surprised when we got into our room. The room looked newly renovated and we even had a suite with a 2-person whirlpool. I was very grateful for that - and it was only 8000 points.... More

Checked in at desk, was not even sure it was the desk to check in. Small and no couches, furniture,etc. Then went to elevator, a lightbulb had been smashed on the floor of the elevator, glass everywhere. (To their credit it was cleaned up a few hours later). Hard to say if there weren't construction people all over the place if I would have liked it better. The room was spacious and clean, and it's just off the freeway so convenient, but ....The entry is sort of tacky/shabby. The receptionist was dour. Three levels, interior which is good. Good price for rooms, especially for an AARP rate. Older hotel, used to have smoking rooms because burns on some furniture, sheets, and bathroom sinks. Leaky sink, gross smell, and the carpet and sheets....not good. Management was rude and unorganized. Never again.

My husband and I stayed there for a couple of days and we were very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. we had a great stay
