The room was clean and comfy enough, but the complimentary breakfast was hard to compliment. The sausage gravy was cold, there were not enough plates or coffee cups (coffee pot in doorway was very poor planning). What made this breakfast experience really bad was that the staff dissappeared and three was no one to help with the shortfalls.

very cold bathroom on arrival. dirty stairwell. no staff to launder towels, had to wait for front desk to do laundry. worn out bed was very lumpy, mattress pad did not fit tight. need to replace mattress. cheap shampoo didn't clean, no lotion available.

Wasn't expecting much for the price, but always expect cleanliness. I'm a swimming pool contractor and technician, and I didn't want to breathe the ammonia fumes coming off the pool, much less get into it.
