The staff was rude at check in. My room was extremely hot. I needed to ask the cleaning lady how to turn on the air conditioning. My bathroom was very dirty.

I felt bad for the woman at the front counter on Saturday morning. I stayed at this hotel as I was waiting for my new place to be ready. The room was decent and clean and was close to the vending area. My only con to this hotel is the lack of channels available on the TV.

Rooms smelled horrible......linens had cigarette burns all over them and appeared unclean and extremely old. Dogs barking all night and making noises next door. I had reserved three rooms for an overnight stay. The hotel was convenient to the Milwaukee Zoo. There was an odor in the rooms upon arrival but once the air conditioning ran for a bit, it disappeared.
