It isn't too bad of a place. It is a little annoying that the swimming pool and laundry are at town center. They also made sure that groups with children were stuck on the end units, which were smaller than the others. “Worst RCI we stayed at in over 20 years...”

Cons: Very old 15" TV from the 80's with no video audio for a dvd player or game consoles. It did have a VHS player and you had to pay to rent tapes. Bedroom had a 9" 80's TV, reception was awful. Very unsafe slippery kitchen floor resulting in two injuries. Laundry was all the way at the town center... More

“Great Location, Clean, comfortable, Noisy at times”

We spent New Years Eve through 1/7 at Jackson Pines. We originally had a 1BR, but they upgraded us to a 2br. We were in #12 on the second floor. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and comfortable. The heat in the floor was nice and keep the place warm all over. Nice to have heated floors... More
