We highly recommend the Hilton Grand Waikoloa Beach Resort. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Suite and it was great. The only minor problem we had was the hot-tub was out of order when we arrived and when it was opened again it wasn't hot enough for our preference.

Rooms are not cleaned well. Grounds and location is excellent. Mosquito problem that staff does not address or concern themselves with. I have visited Hawaii for the last 13 straight years and never had problems with mosquito's that I had at HGV. At facility for 10 nights and jacuzzi was broken the entire time.

Make sure you utilize all of the amenities available at each Hilton property. Great pools, lagoon (snorkeling opportunity), see dolphins and spa at Hilton Hotel, Various pools at Kings Land, golf if you play, etc., etc. Live music performances, daily activities, good beach with snorkeling/swimming, etc.

Stayed here for a second time--again an outstanding stay. Service and amenities were very good. Concierge was extremely knowledgeable. Emily from the pool bar went out of her way to treat us like we were the only guest there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The rooms are nice, new, clean and best of all – quiet. Highly recommended. Access to the other Hilton resorts nearby is great if you want to experience a busier, larger resort on the ocean. We walked down for some of the shops and restaurants. Hilton has always treated us very well.
