Our vacation was ruined by the Property Manager who for reasons unknown to us was obnoxiously rude (maybe because we were Indians). He would talk nicely to everyone but would be be sullen and condescending while talking to us. Forget about Hawaii hotels and stay in #214 at the Wailua Bay View Condo. My sweetheart and I couldn't believe our good fortune. The location is perfect, just a few miles from the airport, after a tiring flight and walking distance to several multi-ethnic eateries. The grocery is a close drive, as well. Recently we stayed in WB #204.Very Centrally located in the middle of Kauai.Within steps to the Beach.Very clean ,and ALL the amenities you could want in a Vacation Condo.The owner,Chuck,makes things very easy and provides links to various attractions on the island.Will definitely stay here the next trip to Kauai.

We enjoyed our stay in WBV #204. The unit met our expectations in every way. We loved the ocean view, easy access to the beach its central island location. Eating breakfast each morning on the balcony, listening to the pounding surf, was a treat. The unit was well equipped and very clean.

WBV #204 was all Chuck had claimed it to be. The updated appliances and stonework were beautiful. We could hear and see the waves at all times, including whales!!
