We stayed there in July 2011 for our honeymoon. We had a one bedroom suite on the main floor with our patio right over the ocean where we could see sea turtles swimming around. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach and close to resteraunts. The best part was hearing the ocean throughout the night.

6 of us stayed here in July 2011. Small place, and while they advertise that they can accomodate 6, I don't see how. We didn't even end up using one of the roll out beds, because there was no where to put it. One person ended up sleeping on the couch.

We had unit 205A and although somewhat dated and in need of a makeover, it was perfectly comfortable and adequate for an overnight stay. We had gone down with friends for a celebratory dinner at the nearby Beach House and could not face a very long night drive back to Princeville.
