This was the tropical getaway we had been waiting on for years, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Wai Ola is a paradise on the beautiful island of Maui! It is close to the beaches, downtown Lahaina, restaurants, shops, post offices, etc. We were totally spoiled by Kim and Jim, and loved it! Their advice on things... more

This was my second trip to Maui and first stay at Wai Ola. Kim and Jim made us feel like we were part of the family during our entire stay. The rooms were comfortable and we had a great view from our room off the living room (don't remember what it was called). I certainly wouldn't consider staying anywhere else... more

This was our fourth visit to Wai Ola. We cant say enough good things about this wonderful palce. Jim and Kim are amazing hosts, we always feel like we are coming home. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We love the fruit, coffee and treats Kim bakes for us. There are beach chairs, towels and everything that you need... more

My wife and I have stayed at Wai Ola 3 times while visiting Maui. We have also stayed at another B&B,a condo and the Westin. Wai Ola is the best value and the most comfortable of all. Love the pool, the use of beach equipment, and the knowledge from Kim and Jim on everything from restaurants, golf and snorkeling to... more

This was our 3rd stay at Wai Ola. Kim and Jim never cease to amaze us with their helpful attitude and wonderful hospitality.....not to mention all the little extras we would never get at a hotel. Private yet personal. We will never stay anyplace else on Maui!!! more

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Maui! We loved the quick and easy access to beaches and Lahaina. Staying in the Malanai Hideaway we had a private entrance and private deck with great views. We bought some bagels down the street and enjoyed breakfast on the deck each morning with fresh ground coffee, bagels &... more

My wife and I visited Maui with friends and had a great time at Wai Ola - I highly recommend Wai Ola if you want to experience Maui away from the resort areas. This was my first visit to a B & B, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Wai Ola is much more 'homey' than any hotel... more

Wow! How nice to experience Maui in a way so different from the all too familiar hi-rise hotel routine. After many years of business travel with no discernable difference in my lodging accommodations from one night to the next, Wai Ola is a breath of fresh air. Jim and Kim turn the very comfortable B&B style accommodations into much more... more

We just returned from our fourth trip to Wai Ola over as many years and when I went into Trip Advisor to write a review, I was shocked to read the review from the New York couple. Not the part about the great accommodations or Jim and Kim being the consummate hosts. And I certainly wasn’t surprised about Kim’s awesome... more

As stated in most of the other reviews, the rooms are clean, Jim and Kim are friendly and very knowledgeable about local avtivities, restaurants and beaches and Kim's baked goodies are amazing. The gounds are nice and we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Having a fridge, plates and siverware in the rooms was nice as well so we could... more
