These folks at the Inn obviously invented customer service. Such a pleasant attitude by all the staff we encountered were fantastic. Any request was not a problem and attended to almost Iimmediately . This B & B has established a very high bar doing it RIGHT.

The service, the room, the breakfast, the cleanup and the friendliness of the concierges. All this less of 1/2 miles from downtown. And you are treated by your own name, not as a number of a room. Do not even think about going to a big hotel. Here you are in your own home.
