Booked it because on our last night in the states wanted something very central near cable cars shops etc, and it was. It also offered valet parking which appealed at $40 plus taxes. This hotel have a good location that easy to visit many place in SF. For in the room,it's OK not big and not too small but if you stay in downtown you must hear the sound of bus or cable car and it's annoy us in the night time.

I stayed there for one night in av very small room at a high price (even for San Francisco). There is nothing bad about the hotel, but I know of several other hotels nearby that I would prefer the next time I visit San Francisco.
