This place was fine for what we needed. Booked it last minute and didnt want to spend too much. Was fairly roomy. Check in was rediculous. The front desk staff took forever and it felt like they were stalling because our room wasn't ready. The hotel is located in a hilly area so you must be able to do hills... More

We were traveling with a toddler and the hotel was very accommodating with check in/check out. Can't beat the free parking, free wi-fi, and free continental breakfast convenantly located within walking distance of the must sees and dos in San Fran. Clean hotel but yes, a little outdated. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful/friendly. Good value and convenient local. Parking a bit congested, but staff very helpful with in/out. Breakfast serviceable. Very clean rooms and daily upkeep.

Room was okay, clean. A little noisy if you face Lombard Street. The staff is extremely helpful in giving directions and any solving any problems. No place to eat breakfast. You have to pick up your breakfast in the office and take a tray and eat in your room.

3 night stay in San Fran. Chosen due to budget and location. 10 min walk to pier 39 and restaurant area, Was clean but the room itself was small. The tv was old and not rough power points in the room. Staff were very pleasant. Rate 6.5/10

Very average and small room, a little worn out, but large and nice bathroom. Didn't pay for parking. Very limited breakfast, but nothing to complain about because it was for free. Situated very good at Lombard Street i walking distance to i.e. the famous cable cars.

Great location - walking distance from most of SFattractions. Room & bathroom outdated but spacious & clean. Free parking & internet. Very simple breakfast - orange juice, coffee, tea, danish pastry, apples provided.

This was our first trip to San Francisco. We arrived around 11:30 p.m. with no place to stay and I was worried. We drove around a while looking at different hotels with vacancies. We spotted this one and I looked it up here on TripAdvisor. The ratings were okay and the price ($119) was excellent. When we checked in, the... More

No complaints... Free parking was great-except I had people double parked behind me every night. The front desk holds the keys of cars that are blocking you in. Just an extra 5 min wait. No big deal. Rooms are average/nice. Glad to have a fridge and microwave included. Bathrooms are spacious. Bed was nice. Will stay here again- great value,... More

The room was clean, the staff courteous, and a short walk to Fisherman's wharf. There is nothing special about the room, and it was all little out dated style wise, but it was clean. Our room was a little noisy on Monday morning, but quiet over the weekend, and we were facing the street. Be careful of the short walk... More
