staff was friendly, room was OK. The "queen size bed" was rather small (esp. for american standards) but OK. Only one toilet at our floor which made it a bit crowded. Plus for the sink in the room! It's in market street, close to the Cable Car and the F bus, which are the main way of transportation for tourist people.
