Convenient. Bus right outside. We bought 7 day Muni pass so hopped on and off buses, cable cars and trams very easily. Best way to travel round city. Room was quiet clean and reasonably spacious. I chose the Geary Parkway Motel because it's close to my son's apartment and because it is so reasonably priced. I found it to be incredibly clean, well equipped with a frig and microwave and free wifi, and conveniently located for people who are interested in seeing the major museums and enjoying Golden Gate Park.

The room was good, beds comfy, and clean! Tv was also good. The description implies breakfast and free parking but this is misleading. Parking a nightmare as there are half as many parks as there are rooms- and it is first come first serve. we had to park a mile away up a hill. Breakfast is Coffee and packaged muffin.
