We found a steal for this hotel on travelzoo and booked it not totally knowing what to expect. Boy am I glad that we booked this place. It is a great hotel in a great location as it is close to lots of great shopping, close to the bart station , walking distance from AT&T park (home of the San... more

The treatment I received at checkin during a recent stay was probably the worst I've encountered in my last 50-100 hotel stays. When I arrived, the front desk clerk said their computers were down, and asked me to come back in 15 minutes. He offered a complimentary upgrade, and suggested I wait in the bar. I requested a free drink... more

I am a platinum royal of IHG, and as result have stayed in truly top-notched accommodation, like a 3-room suite on the top floor of the intercon beijing, or the terret suite in intercon mebourne. That said, I'd rate my 6-day stay at IC SF as my most memorable experience at any hotel ever. It started with an email message... more

Stayed here for a business meeting in late January. The hotel is new and very clean. Location is good to the Yerba Buena center, convention center and Metreon. But its a walk to the financial district north of Market. My room was well decorated and spacious; good sized work desk and flat panel LCD television. The wireless internet worked well.... more

We stayed here for one night. We were upgraded to a room on a higher floor with a better view. Room was really nice. Staff was very friendly and we got a very good introductory price on the room. Hotel is very clean and very modern. Hotel was also a short walk from Bloomingdales. Got a massage at the spa--it... more

This hotel is clean, quiet and has great service. The staff was was helpful and friendly. I must say the best thing was the bed which was super comfortable. The location is also very good, only a few blocks away from the main shopping ares. But 15 USD for using the wireless network for 24 hours? Come on! 8 USD... more

This is a very nice hotel next to the convention center. I got a corner king room on 24th floor with view facing west and north. Staff is generally very helpful although there were some rough edges due to high volume of guests - it took three tries to get feather products removed from my bed, and when they did... more

Great location! It's in the very heart of SF, and on the other hand Howard Street of on which the hotel is located is much less crowded than other streets in that area, 4th for example. Room is indeed spacious. I didn't like the fact that my room doesn't have a openable window, and the room had a bit of... more
