This was so refreshing after a week in a cramped NY place. Huge room, recently refurbished, even a kitchenette with microwave. Centrally located but not too noisy at night, easy walk to Union Square, cable cars, shopping centre. The free continental breakfast was appreciated, also the free afternoon wines. Great wifi, friendly helpful staff, what more could you want?

A welcoming place after a long-haul flight from Europe. VERY comfy beds, spacious bathroom, very clean and centrally located. The breakfast covered the basic needs, simple and friendly. Noise-level was within reason, considering the location in down-town SFO. Good restaurants near by. Union Square is within walking distance, as well as many other spots.

Charming hotel that doesn't get the special praises that better known hotels in SF do. Nonetheless, great staff, intimate atmosphere and close enough to everything to make staying there worth tracking the hotel down.

Stayed here for two days. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fine, worked well with kids. Wine was fair( great for $10) good location some noise but your in the city! Would stay again. Be sure to check out the white horse bar down the street. Free popcorn and shuffle board for the kids wile you sip your pint.
