the staff are very friendly.. :) the rooms are clean, most especially their bathrooms.. i am the kind of person that would rather go camping than to stay in a room with a messy/ dirty/ filthy bathroom... they kept the rooms clean and pleasant to stay.. more

Good location for sightseeing. The rooms are of good size but very gloomy with strange colour scheme and definitely need redecoration. Bathroom was good size and bed comfy with choice of firm or soft pillows. The window had an unattractive view to a car park but over that you could just see Alcatraz. This Hotel is just a few blocks for all Fishermans wharf attractions, we ate out all the time as there is loads of restaurants in the area. Trams to city centre also close by. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Only downside is the draft in the lifts. more
