The hotel was welcoming and clean. The staff was attentive. The bedding and mattress was inviting. Nice view of the bay from the 35th floor. Easy walk to shopping, BART, Trolley, and dining. Would be help to have free internet service. Breakfast was quick and menu had healthy choices.

For the price we paid for the flight and hotel for 5 nights, we were shocked at the quality. Our room was on one of the top floors and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious even with three people. The location is perfect too with lots of trams and and subway next to it.
