After a long flight from Australia we arrived at the hotel to be told our room was ready early. We recieved great customer service and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The financial district is a great place to stay as it is close to Chinatown and the Piers. Would defiantly stay here again.

They are at Embarcadero Center, but that's only technically true. They are at the farthermost point of Embarcadero Center, a long hike away from the Embarcadero BART station.
