The situation is great: in Lombard St and around it, you can find restaurants and shops (an apple store and a starbucks are situated near the hotel). Despite this, the hotel is quite poor. There are a couple of downsides, but nothing major: no elevator (there are 3 floors), parking is very limited although free, rooms are relatively small.
