Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Rooms were nicely decorated, reasonable size and had all the necessary in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating without being over the top. Food was good although we preferred to go out and explore the city a bit. Very convenient to Union Square which is 5 min walk away.

It's always a challenge finding a hotel that will accommodate your pet. But the Hotel Monaco, and the Kimpton hotels in general, allow any pet without any extra fees or restrictions. The property, staff, room and dining were perfection. The property is located in the heart of San Francisco with easy access to all transportation. It has a wonderful spa and I was lucky enough to get a free massage. Looking forward to staying at the Chicago property.
