We are a family of four and spend one week in Pacific Island Resort and was amazed by the pool activities and the friendly staff at this place. The island itself is not much to write about but the war history here is interesting. We booked the gold card with the room and the buffet was fantastic. Highly recommendable resort.

The rooms are dated and require much needed renovation. I think they've squeeze all the juice, out of that fruit. The best part was the waterpark and the Magellan Sunday brunch. The Sea Side Bar and Grill is an excellent place just sitting either inside or out on the beach and enjoying happy hour and watching the beautiful sunsets. The chasers and drinks are half priced during happy hour from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. Very peaceful, breezy, and beautiful sunsets, and the service is excellent.

Other reviews I have read about the PIC in Saipan have commented about the aging facilities. The critical comments are justified, but not very important to my family.
