The staff and management of the Hilton Garden Inn in Beaumont Texas absolutely have the art and business of hospitality perfectly mastered. The staff was professional in every way, genuinely friendly, calm and proactive in every respect. The facility was spotless and like new in every respect. Outstanding describes the restaurant manager and his courteous, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, it has been a pleasant visit each time. The staff knows the area and provides helpful information. We would like an adult beverage when arriving to ease the long trip.

We always return here for stays in Beaumont. Never a problem. Friendly, efficient, helpful staff, including restaurant staff. In-lobby restaurant always good for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent location on I-10. Next door to nice movie theatre and several great restaurants.

Good staff and clean rooms. Breakfast pricey for such a small town. Good location to nearby restaurants and movies. We had to make three requests regarding missing items in the room, but each time our request was handled promptly. No in-room movies and TV picture was a bit grainy for cable.

Clean, beautiful room and excellent staff, I would recommend staying here! Nice lobby, friendly lady working the front desk. It's a quiet, peaceful and a safe place to stay. Clean bathrooms and comfortable mattress.
