Stayed one night. Great front desk staff, clean but very small basic room at a high cost. Nice pet walk area but some fail to use the provided disposal bags which make it treacherous for other responsible dog owners. Would stay again because of location and pets allowed but price is too high for the quality of hotel. More

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. It’s pretty basic but you get a nice clean room, a large shower with good water pressure, free continental breakfast, free parking, courteous staff, plus you are literally around the corner from the Biltmore Estate. More

Decided to stay here due to proximity to Biltmore. Did not want to drive around in the dark. Travelling with a small dog too and pets accepted. Very basic and somewhat cramped accommodations. Bathroom had tiny shower only- no tub. Pocket door on bathroom was so squeaky noisy that it would wake anyone! Room seemed clean. TV not flat screen.... More

We booked this hotel for the price and the location from the Biltmore House. This is a nice no frills hotel. The room was clean, the hotel was in a very safe looking area with resturants close by. The beds were comfortable, the shower was as wonderful as I had read on here previously and the breakfast room on the... More

Remember, this isn't the Ritz, it is an inexpensive hotel very near the Biltmore, shopping and downtown. We have stayed here 3 times. I do believe they have done some upgrades. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast was good and varied, they accept pets and the front desk staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if... More

I was so happy with everything about this hotel. The carpet in the room and the hallway so clean, had no stains and hot even a speck of lint on it. The entire facility smelt clean. It's location is great to walk to Biltmore Village for great food and Starbucks, safe and quiet plus had a great breakfast included in... More

I stay in hotels frequently for business. I always find most hotel water pressure needs improvement. The water coming from the tap is powerful, but turns to dipping once it comes out of the shower head. But this hotel has the BEST shower pressure. I loved taking a shower without worrying about rinsing the soap out. The front desk associate,... More

This hotel fit our needs perfectly on a short trip to Asheville. Easy check-in, manicured landscape, fantastic location just outside the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. Quibble: the breakfast area is in a second floor landing. More

This sleep used to be located across the street. I suspect when it moved to this location the old room's interiors were moved as well. That being said the bed itself was quite comfortable as the mattress was made of memory foam. We did not partake of the free breakfast as there are many great breakfast options located within walking... More

We stopped in Asheville, NC on our way to Savannah, Georgia. After checking reviews on Trip Advisor and the Bed Bug Registry, we decided to stay at the Sleep Inn, Biltmore. It was a small hotel with a comfortable bed, good shower, and nice continental breakfast. It looks as though they recently added the breakfast as the second floor hallway... More
