these people are cheap as hell no fricken hot water. Which hotel has less hot water for their customers? The only thing good about staying here is the location, better access to food, and the service was mean. I had a horrible experience

Nice visit to Asheville, NC - the staff (particularly Liz and Jeremy) were very helpful and friendly. The rooms had recently been remodeled and are very attractive and comfortable. The room was clean and smelled good too! Great place to stay - very convenient to all that Asheville NC has to offer.

Booked with prior knowledge of construction issues. Very pleasant experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Room newly renovated. Bed and linens very comfortable with high end feel. Very clean with the bells and whistles you expect. Restaurants and downtown nearby. A real nice visit.

this place was a horrible experience. Service is terrible and the staff gets attitude. I requested for towels since the one they had, had spots on them but i never got them. Bathroom toilet had stains it was really dirty.the breakfast seemed like they were using couple days food to let their customers eat

My husband booked the Super 8 for 2 nights. Funny how they fail to mention their under construction. Jeremy who checked us in placed us in the closest room near the construction.
