Had a king room, the ac/heater is literally 3 feet from the head of the bed. Even on low (if off- you will freeze in winter) the air blows right on your face. Skin dires out. The hotel was fine. Room was a little dated, but clean. It had a small fridge & microwave. I was unable to receive a phone signal from my room (also AT&T). The hotel was not in walking distance to any resturants. The price was right as we just needed a placeto stay while touring Biltmore. Would recommend for quick stops.... More

Staff is really helpful and location is close to everything. AT&T cell phone has no reception at this location, but go to the front parking lot and you get some. More

This visit was good. The fridge wasn't cold for my dinner leftovers. It was by the morning I noticed. Very clean tho. Friendly service. Overall satisfaction. More
