The staff was extremely friendly. The location is not. One has to walk quite some distance to "downtown." There are no "normal" drugstores. The beds are extremely comfortable. But it did take 4 hours to have the room cleaned. The Chop House is only open for breakfast and dinner. So you cannot just pop down for an appetizer or lunch.... More

The location is great. Just a short walk to the center of activity. The beds were comfy and room was clean. They must have finished the construction on the rooms bc I didn't see any (room 430). On a 2 day stay the room was not cleaned on the first day. Upon retuning to the room at 4:00 pm I alerted the front desk, at 7:30 I returned to find the rooms still not cleaned. This was the third time my husband and I stayed in this hotel. We had our 2 goldens with us, so we needed a pet friendly place and the location is walking distance to everything in downtown Asheville. The room was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but a great place for the weekend. Plenty of parking. Good value.

“Great Find in Asheville”

The Four Points was a great find with all the choices in downtown Asheville. It was conveniently located to shops and eateries. The room was extraordinarily clean and nicely furnished. Did not use the free pass to the YMCA, but opted for an enjoyable run into downtown.
