Spider web in corner, bathroom smelled musty, carpet needed cleaning under the furniture and between the night stands, breakfast "stuff"(breads, cereals) wasn't fresh, air conditioner barely worked.

The motel does have a good location--very close to the Biltmore--and the front desk staff were pleasant, but the minute we walked into the building, I realized I should have booked elsewhere. This was a family trip to see Ashville and The Biltmore which beat my expectations. The hotel is dated but comfortable. The location and price are hard to beat.
