Wow, rooms are large (separate living room with tv/couch) granted our view was of the alley, compared to NYC rooms that i have been in, here i could actually walk around the room service was spectacular... and we felt like we were kings/queens easy access to the T

Great hotel, Great location, Great staff and the bed was amazing!! Had a little problem with street noise so a higher floor is better, Concierge, was a real pro and and once again the location just off Newbury street is really great!

I stayed here at the last minute, booking through a discount site. The hotel went through a renovation not so long ago and it shows. The entire hotel looks great. The rooms are small but we were upgraded to a suite. Bathrooms are small but marble appointed. Great linens and towels. Room service was terrific. I would sty here again.... More

Went to the Boston Pops and wanted to be able to walk as Boston is not car friendly. great room- they said we were updated to a suite, dont know why but was delighted. Room was beautifully appointed, bed very comfortable, Only complaint would be- no dresser and no place to put bags. We were able to walk to everything... More

I stayed in this accommodation for few days to meet new prospective buyers and my experience was good. It is really a nice place that offers wonderful hospitality and great services. Interiors are classic, rooms are cozy and amenities are great. Entire building, the reception, the lobby, the rooms, the kitchen ... were clean. Staff is very attentive and throughout... More

This is a very quaint all suite hotel and is located close to Newbury St and Back Bay. The staff are very friendly and the service is seemless. The rooms are a traditional style and have a coffe maker and sink with extensive mini bar. As a business traveller it was good to see a proper desk in the sitting... More

I've never really cared to hang out in hotel lobbies, so the lack of a spacious one here simply means a shorter trip to the elevator as far as I'm concerned. Perfectly turned out suite, nice linens, clean as could be, attentive staff, and a great restaurant below. Convenient to the T and Berklee (the reason I was there), no... More

My son was in Boston for a writer's conference and I joined him for the weekend. I booked a suite at the Eliot because it was close to the Hynes convention center. My stay was wonderful. The staff are all professionals and you feel it every time you walk through the halls or the lobby. I have nothing but good... More

I spent one night at the Eliot Hotel a week after the marathon bombing. I was there on business, and the hotel was chosen and paid for by the business. The Eliot is very small, from the tiny lobby to the small elevators, to the smallest bathroom I have ever been in! But this was more than compensated for by... More

I stayed at the Eliot Hotel for a full week while attending a business-related course at Boston University. The location is excellent and the bell staff is very helpful. This is a classic residential hotel (originally built for faculty at the adjacent Harvard Club, or so I was told). The lobby area is comfortable, but small. Check-in was efficient and... More
