The Hyatt Regency in Boston is a clean and friendly hotel. The location is good if you need the subway or want to be close to Boston Common. The bar is good enough for a quick beer. The layout of the hotel is was fell short for me. Street level access to the hotel requires you to take first one... More

We stayed at the Hyatt recently for 4 nights at the end of our USA trip. Location was excellent, walking distance to Subway, South Station, Hanover Street for Italian, Boston Common, Chinatown and you can walk to Fenway Park if walking is your thing, we did it and it was fine. Good coffee shop around the corner on Washington that... More

We stayed here during the lockdown for the bombing, two adults and two children under 4, and the staff and management were exceptional. This is a business hotel, with an amazing pool and gym, and though the majority of the clientele were professionals they catered to our children and helped us to keep them entertained during the lockdown. Every staff... More

Was sent to Boston directly after the terrorist bombing to assist with the aftermath and spent 7 nights in this wonderful hotel with one of the most courteous and professional staffs I've ever seen. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are designed to give you a good rest. Right in the heart of the financial district, there are scores... More

I stayed at the Hyatt May 7 - 9 and am a bit shocked by recent reviews as it seems we were at a different hotel. I own a business and travel often and have for the last 20 years. I must admit that the Hyatt Regency is a step up for me as I usually stay at Marriott Courtyard... More

We recently stayed in the Hyatt Regency in Boston for 7 nights. Pulling up outside I understand what former reviews have said about two lobby’s. It was as if we had been dropped off at a store front as the ground floor lobby area was lit up with really bright lights and it was sparse. The one bell man at... More

A nice centrally located hotel suitable for business or a meeting. Nothing was special; the lobby is on the third floor, requiring switching elevators to reach your room. The hotel is on a one way street, with several nearby one way streets, requiring a car or taxi to maneuver so as to be heading the right direction. Staff was friendly... More

I stayed here the week of Easter. They've done some renovations since I last stayed here a year ago. Very clean, well put together. The staff were courteous an knowledgeable. I'm from the Boston area and was up for business, so I didn't need to ask for anything to do nearby. My room was well taken care of each day.... More

Definetely the hotel looks a little dated. Anyways, the location is good (pretty good, I'd say), close to the Metro station, close to Boston Commons and Botanical Garden, and in a fast walkable distance to Prudential Center. Wi-fi connection worked properly, although not free (I've payed nothing as I'm a Hyatt Platinum member, but would say that USD 15,00/day is... More

I was disappointed that as soon as I walked into my room, I found a pair of dirty socks on the desk chair. It was a nice place, somewhat overpriced, but the location is great for experiencing all that Boston has to offer!
