Me and my husband stayed here two nights and we will never come back again. It doesn't worth the price!!!! 438 usd for two nights (tax exluded)!!!! Small modern room at the back of the hotel which was fairly quiet (apart from roadworks!), well situated in the centre of Boston. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our thoughts are with them due to the experience of the bombing.

I and at least six others attending the same meetings were scheduled to stay at the Charlesmark from the day after the bombing. The Charlesmark staff (Claire?) were very professional and helpful as they contacted all of us and transferred us to their sister hotel, the Harborside Inn. Kudos to Claire & Sean. Boston Strong

Other than the tragic events that unfolded during the Marathon, everything about our stay was perfect. Fantastic location, great staff (particularly the way they conducted themselves following the bombing) and clean and tidy rooms. Some may find the rooms small but we were more than happy and the room was in fact bigger than we expected having read other reviews.

My daughter and I stayed here last year when looking at colleges. Nice hotel with wonderful service. This business was very much effected by the Boston marathon bombing. Happened right by them. Stay here and give them business. They were heroes in helping with the tragedy.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. right in the middle of the city. Close to major attractions. Good bar, good service but rooms were a little small. no pool or fitness room, very friendly staff all around hotel.

This hotel is emaculate, trendy, and convienent. Upon entering our room there was classical music playing. You would never know that you were in the city, no noise. Great value for this centrally located hotel. My room was small but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was just perfect for my quick stop over in Boston. This is my new "go-to" hotel in Boston. The bar was great too!
