I stayed her for a night on Oct 20 2011. I had the misfortune of being very unwell and on my own that night, in a hotel and far away from family and friends in the UK. "Positives" (1)clean rooms but outdated decor - pink -tiled bathroom from the 70's! (2)is definitely a corporate hotel - would be more appropriate... More

Stayed at Boston Sheraton for a conference and brought my wife along so we could vacation afterwards. Our room was comfortable and clean. Service was quick and easily contacted. Easy walking distance to most Boston attractions. Would gladly return on our next visit to Boston. More

I am not the biggest fan of these huge American hotel chains, but for a conference venue it ticked all the boxes. The rooms were comfortable, although the bathroom needed a face-over. Internet in the room was not reliable and colleagues had the same experience, but always worked in the lobby as a back-up. Good location for shopping and very... More

The location of this hotel is awesome. Walking distance to Fenway Park, and a ton of great pubs and restaurants just right around the corner. Check in was easy, the staff were all great, and the room was clean and comfortable. We we're in town to catch a couple games at Fenway Park, and it was cool to see the... More

The Boston Sheraton is a great business hotel, having a perfect location being in the center of 2 large shopping malls, Newburry street etc. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and most of the rooms have a great view. Direct acces to shopping malls which enables you to dress light. More

I've stayed at several spots near Copley Place and this is my new favorite. The staff was fantastic. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. They have some very nice suites available for upgrades. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is connected to Copley Place...very convenient. I have no complaints about this hotel and will be... More

Conveniently connected to the prudential tower. If you are taking the train in from the airport. get off at the Prudential stop on the green line and you go right into the mall. Short walk to the sheraton. The hotel was packed when we visited, though we still managed a upgrade to the starwood preferred floors. The room though had... More

This hotel is just solid for travelers, especially businesspersons. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and the staff is pleasant and professional (but do not go out of there way to make it first rate.) Staff is better than the Westin. We have not had any problems with the 15 or so times we have stayed here. Restaurants are traditional... More

Dear James P, Thank you for the great feedback you have provided. This level of detail is important for us so we know exactly how we can improve for future experiences. We normally get very positive feedback on the lobby experience so I was surprised to hear your thoughts. In addition to the main seating areas, there are many small... More

This hotel has an ideal location in the heart of the city and close to the baseball stadium. I registered online before booking which gave me a nice free upgrade: I got a top floor room on a corner with views of half of the city on the preferred guest level. Breakfast is expensive though and the same goes for... More

Stayed here in December for 4 nights with friends. Could not fault this hotel. Great location and attached to the Prudential Center. We had the buffet breakfast which was lovely. Not a lot of seats/tables in the breakfast room but we always managed to get a table. Staff very friendly and would definitley stay here again. More
