Arrived after midnight. Clean, comfortable, good shower, adequate breakfast. Don't expect elegance or cheap the weekend of Sunflower Soccer. But just what we needed. We left 4 toothpaste spots on mirror in Room 220 Sunday morning so next person will have to rate what they found.

We booked our roomj thur expedia--was unaware that rooms had outside doors and that the hotel was very close to the freeway. Heater in room did not work correctly and there was dust balls on the ceiling. When I called down to ask about the internet desk clerk was not helpful. Room did not look like picture on the internet

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. No mini fridge or microwave

We were satisfied with our stay. Everything was a little better then what I have experienced in other places in the budget line (friendly helpful staff, clean well maintained rooms). I especially appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of Kate at the front desk. I hope the company realizes the treasure they have in her.

This is my first stay at a Baymont Hotel. For the money, which was about equal to other hotels, this was a far better room than other Wyndham places I have stayed.
