Beautiful, serene atmosphere with outstanding service and very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Older resort that has been updated and well-maintained with elegance and charm. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

stayed one night through a travel zoo special. all staff very friendly. great food, fun golf course. recommend if you're looking for a relaxing place. regular rates are pricey. we like staying here because the bernardo winery is only a few miles down the road.

The resort has excellent staff, nice rooms and beautiful grounds. However, the value for the price paid does not seem that great to me. I stated on business so cost was not an issue but there are equally nice places closer to downtown that offer better value in my opinion. Especially if you don't require a "resort" feel.
