I stayed for NYE and was very disappointed with the service. The front desk manager was curt, rude and unapologetic about a room request made prior to our arrival. Just got back and had a great time. The rooms are very nice. Hotel very convenient to the local sites and is a block from the trolley. The staff was fantastic as well. Only downside is the parking. $38 a day is pretty tough. The bar on the roof is a great hangout. More

Everything was great. Excellent views, customer service and value. The only drawback was that the area is noisy---very noisy. We heard fights on the street, sirens were a constant, and the walls were somewhat thin. Bottom line: definitely will return! More
