As someone who loves San Diego, I am always looking for that perfect hotel. Balanced between location and price, the Sheraton Mission Valley is the ideal place. 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Mission Beach, the location is perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the service here as well. I have stayed at a different Sheraton in the San Diego area... More

The hotel was in a great location if you have your own transport....less than 10 min drive to sea world and zoo! Shopping Centre + Cinema and restaurants across the road. Room was nice, if a bit dated, comfy bed, big tv! Go for a hill view as it is not on the road side which may be noisy!! No... More

Thank you for the excellent rating. We are very pleased with our location, being minutes from all of San Diego's attractions. We are also glad you enjoyed the 42" flat panel TV's which have HD programming, and our Sheraton bedding. W hat we are most proud of, however, are our excellent ratings when it comes to our staff, the friendliest... More

(Note: I am a Starwood Platinum Level Guest) I have stayed at this Sheraton property ever since it became a Sheraton. I usually stay anywhere from 4 to 10 nights per stay and am almost always upgraded to the 12th (Club Floor) or 14th floor (2 room suites). A hillside view room is always quieter (even numbered rooms). The hotel... More

We are very proud of the team here and do strive to make each stay enjoyable; we are consistently rated very highly in service among Sheraton hotels. I am a platinum member of Marriott. I like staying there because the beds are comfortable. Last light I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel Mission Valley. The room was provided for by a hosting organization. The room was great with a big comfortable king sized bed and very comforatble pillows. There was also a 42 inch flat screen so I... More

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms could use an update, but were clean, the bed comfortable and the lobby beautiful. Convenient to a mall across the street and central to where we wanted to go in San Diego. I would definitely stay here again. More

Beware of this hotel... There are no cameras for your safety. There are no safety deposit boxes in the room to store our valuables. The 2nd lock on the door is missing a screw so people can enter even if you have it secured. There were numerous occasions that housekeeping staff came in before I could answer the door. I... More

We are still investigating this claim, so we cannot comment on it publicly, other than to say that we do recommend that guests keep valuables in our safety deposit boxes, and that we do have numerous safety programs in place at the hotel. In the last 12 months we have rented 57,000 rooms, with very minor and minimal claims. We... More

Check-in was easy check out was easy however you are charged 14 dollars a day for parking and you need your room key to get in and out of the parking lot. When you check out however, they take your room keys. You then have to wait at the gate, continuously press a button, and wait for someone to open... More

Thank you for the feedback from this recent stay. We do appreciate the candor and will certainly address the items mentioned with the managers and staff. We typically receive very high scores from our guests regarding service in all areas, including food and beverage service. Our parking fee is typical for this area if not below average, however will make... More
