No elevator, no AC, narrow hallways, small rooms BUT great fun. Every room created by an individual artist, ours by Francisco Franciscus, hallways, ceilings likewise. Very helpful staff, clean and prices like non-New York! My rating above is on the basis of standard metrics. I would definitely go there again, though my wife might not do so.

Any hotel that doesn't have a mirror in the bathroom or by the sink (there was no sink in the bathroom) can't get too high a rating in my book. Art was cool, but place felt gross. Keep away from here we booked a room here , and at the moment of our arrival they told us , they did not have any room available, dedpite the fact we reserved one in advance , worst experience ever, it was in the middle of the night, it was cold as hell outside, what a bunch of incompetents.
